I tend to try to alternative between the series, but it doesn't always work out that way. You can rest assured that the next video is a JOI and it's a really good one. It will be a 54min Breathplay JOI with Morrigan Aensland. I've already received a lot of good feedback on the video.

I didn't know getting sick and closing my eyes for the duration of the video was all I needed to not even struggle with the last endurance part. Sure, i was nowhere near cumming, but i usually can't get past that easily without even a struggle.

Love this style. I have a problem, though. I can't clench for very long, is there a way to make me not so weak? I really want a HFO but just ain't strong enough D:

just keep practicing, it can take months or in some cases even years to strengthen your PC Muscle so that you'll be strong enough to achieve an HFO. If you keep trying you will definitely notice improvement. That's the point of this video, just play it throughout the week and see how thigns are a month or so later, you'll notice a difference if you stay consistent.

So random question with this, is there like actual fitness exercises, that could also help go along with this to strengthen that area? I have had only one HFO my whole life. Its just really difficult, also another thing I notice, I cant even tell if I am squeezing anymore because I have been squeezing so hard, its like I think I am squeezing... cant really tell anymore at a certain point.

Even though the video often says ‘clench harder,’ over-squeezing can actually slow progress. Gentle, controlled squeezes with full releases, plus relaxation and stretching, help your pelvic muscles get stronger and more responsive over time — making hands-free release easier and more reliable, patience and consistency is better than trying too hard.

yes the exercise is called kegels, it's the same exercise you should be doing when squeezing in the videos.
